Artificial Intelligence Specialist

Responsibilities

We're looking for talented and passionate individuals to fill the role of Artificial Intelligence Engineer with the following details.

• Explore and research generative AI and machine learning, then turn insights into real-world applications.
• Design, build, and deploy scalable AI solutions that tackle complex problems with the right models and techniques.
• Work closely with data engineers, developers, and domain experts to bring AI into our products and services.
• Stay on top of the latest in AI and machine learning, and translate new knowledge into practical value for the company.
• Partner with teams across the business to understand challenges and deliver AI-driven solutions.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• An engineering-first mindset with solid problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Great communication skills — you can explain complex ideas to both techies and non-techies.
• Solid knowledge of AI development and machine learning algorithms.
• Strong Python skills, with a good grasp of design patterns and OOP.
• Comfortable speaking Linux fluently… even in your sleep.
• Hands‑on experience deploying apps/services with Docker.
• Experience with databases: SQL (e.g., MySQL, Postgres) and No
  
  SQL (e.g., Mongo
  
  DB, Elastic Search).
• Bonus points if you’ve worked with:
  • FastAPI or Flask for backend development
  • LLM agent frameworks (e.g., Lang Chain, Lang Graph)
  • RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) techniques
  • Apache Airflow for ETL pipelines
  • Machine learning frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, Tensor Flow, scikit‑learn)
• Willing to work On‑site / fully WFO in Surabaya.
