Telemarketing Executive Sales

As a Telemarketing, you will be at the forefront of building and maintaining customer relationships. Your primary role will involve reaching out to potential clients, promoting our products or services, and supporting the sales team in meeting targets.

• Making outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce products and services
• Identifying customer needs and offering suitable solutions
• Setting up appointments and follow-up calls for the sales team
• Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity
• Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets
• Providing exceptional customer service and addressing inquiries or concerns
• Collaborating with the sales team to close deals and boost revenue

• Bachelor’s degree in any major
• Previous telemarketing or sales experience preferred, but not required
• Excellent verbal communication skills and a confident phone presence
• Strong persuasive and negotiation skills
• Ability to work with targets and meet deadlines
• Friendly, energetic, and customer-oriented personality
• Proficiency with Google Workspace
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast‑paced environment
