- Minimal S1 semua jurusan
- Pengalaman minimal 3–5 tahun di sales B2B / field sales
- Diutamakan memiliki database bengkel, fleet, industri automotive / industrial / mining
- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi, presentasi, dan negosiasi yang baik
- Target oriented dan terbiasa bekerja dengan KPI
- Menjunjung tinggi integritas dan kejujuran
- Siap mobile, kunjungan lapangan, dan perjalanan dinas
- Memiliki SIM A/C
Job Description:
- Mencari dan mengembangkan customer B2B di sektor automotive (bengkel, fleet, industri, mining, dll)
- Melakukan kunjungan, presentasi, dan demo/trial produk ke klien
- Menjalin dan menjaga hubungan dengan existing customer
- Melakukan negosiasi, penawaran, dan closing penjualan
- Mengelola pipeline, laporan penjualan, dan aktivitas harian
- Mengidentifikasi peluang upselling & cross-selling
- Mencapai target penjualan dan aktivasi customer
