Responsibilities
- Promote UPS products and services to potential customers in Surabaya and surrounding areas.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions based on company services.
- Act as the main liaison between clients and the company.
- Analyze market trends and competitors to enhance the company’s competitive edge.
- Collaborate with internal teams to prepare proposals and business contracts.
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any major.
- At least 2 years of sales experience in the freight forwarding or logistics industry
. - Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Target-driven and able to work under pressure.
- Capable of working independently and as part of a team
. - Wide professional network within the logistics industry.
- Must possess a valid SIM A (driver’s license).
