Position: Business Development Executive (Education Sector)

WE’RE HIRING: BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE (Education Sector)

We are hiring a highly driven Business Development Executive to develop partnerships with schools and educational institutions. This role is ideal for a professional who enjoys field work, building strong client relationships, and closing partnership opportunities in the education sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and approach potential school partners including high schools, universities, and educational institutions
  • Conduct meetings and presentations to introduce the company’s programs and services
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with school representatives and decision makers
  • Manage the full business development cycle, from prospecting to closing partnerships
  • Generate new business opportunities through outreach, networking, and client visits
  • Maintain an organized pipeline and follow up with prospective clients
  • Achieve sales and partnership targets
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful partnership implementation
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Education, or related field
  • 3–4 years of experience in sales, business development, or partnerships
  • Experience in the education, training, or service-based industry is highly preferred
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Target-driven, proactive, and results-oriented
  • Professional and confident in meeting clients
  • Will ing to conduct field visits and be placed in Surabaya
Preferred
  • Experience working with educational institutions or school clients
  • Strong relationship-building skills
  • Familiar with CRM tools
  • Good English proficiency (written and spoken)
