Job Summary
Responsible for driving sales growth, expanding the customer base, and leading the regional sales team to achieve targets within the assigned territory.
Responsibilities- Achieve sales targets and growth by managing and motivating the sales team.
- Identify new business opportunities and emerging markets.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to strengthen market presence.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Monitor market trends, competition, and sales performance.
- Recruit, coach, and manage sales team performance.
- Prepare sales performance report
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 7+ years of sales experience with proven leadership in regional sales.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Placement can be at Surabaya or Makassar or Jakarta.
