Area Sales Supervisor

As a Business Development Executive OUR PETFOOD INDONESIA, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's growth and expansion. Based in Surabaya, Jawa Timur, this full-time position will have you spearheading new business initiatives that align with the company's strategic objectives.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the pet food industry
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to acquire new clients and partners
• Negotiate and close deals that contribute to the company's revenue and profitability
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers and industry influencers
• Conduct market research to stay informed of industry trends, competitor activities and customer needs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services
• Provide regular reports and updates on business development activities and performance

• Proven track record in business development, sales or a related field, preferably within the pet food industry
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills to identify opportunities and devise effective strategies
• Adaptable and resourceful, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Proficiency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
