Specification Business Development

Role Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact point for M&E consultants within the East Indonesia region (Surabaya, Bali, and Makassar).
• Execute all specification activities, including consultant visits, product promotion, technical discussions, events, and providing estimated prices for project budgeting.
• Maintain and strengthen Legrand brand presence for Transformer, Busduct, Electrical Switchboard Systems, Breakers, Wiring Devices, Industrial Plug & Socket, UPS, Cable Ladder/Tray, and Conduit within project outline specifications.
• Achieve specification targets on a quarterly and yearly basis.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with East Indonesia consultants to ensure long‑term collaboration and continuous engagement.

• Minimum a Diploma’s Degree in Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong customer focus with a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
• Highly adaptable and able to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Target‑driven, with the ability to meet business objectives and performance goals.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with at least a basic business level of English.
• Good presentation skills, including the ability to prepare clear and professional PowerPoint materials.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and others.
• Professionally presentable.
