Responsibilities
- Melakukan kunjungan rutin ke dealer/toko.
- Monitoring dan evaluasi pencapaian target penjualan sell-out masing-masing sales consultant.
- Melakukan validasi penjualan sesuai dokumen pendukung.
- Melaksanakan rekrutmen sales consultant.
- Melaksanakan training product knowledge.
- Menyusun laporan penjualan rutin.
- Pendidikan minimal S1 (semua jurusan).
- Diutamakan memiliki pengalaman sebagai team leader sales promotor.
- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan negosiasi yang baik.
- Kreatif, teliti, dan memiliki analisa yang baik.
- Mampu mengoperasikan Ms. Office dengan baik.
- Diutamakan memiliki kendaraan pribadi dan memiliki SIM aktif.
- Bersedia bekerja Senin - Sabtu (Halfday).
