We are looking for a proactive, results-driven account manager to build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the IT industry.
Responsibilities- Consistently achieve annual revenue targets.
- Identify, research, and pursue new business opportunities.
- Analyze potential sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and prospects.
- Monitor industry trends and competitors to recommend product improvements or new solutions.
- Collect and analyze sales data and performance reports.
- Develop and maintain a professional network to support business growth.
- Engage with potential clients to assess their needs and provide best solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as an Account Manager in the IT industry.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Proven ability to negotiate, influence, and build long-term client relationships.
- Experience in preparing and delivering impactful presentations.
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets with positive customer feedback.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Fast learner, proactive, and passionate about sales.
