Sales Reseller Staff
Position at SWAKARYA INSAN MANDIRI.
Responsibilities- Identifikasi calon reseller (toko) potensial dan membangun hubungan kerja sama.
- Memantau dan mengevaluasi kinerja reseller secara berkala.
- Mengkomunikasikan program promosi maupun diskon khusus untuk reseller.
- Membantu reseller dalam merancang strategi pemasaran produk.
- Melakukan analisis pasar untuk mengembangkan strategi penjualan yang efektif.
- Menyelesaikan keluhan atau masalah yang dihadapi oleh reseller.
- Melakukan pengecekan stok barang yang akan dijual secara berkala.
- Melakukan koordinasi dengan SPM/SPG terkait omset dan target penjualan.
- Melakukan pengecekan display produk yang berada.
- Minimal D3/ sederajat.
- Berpengalaman pada industri commercial refrigerator/kitchen equipment/HORECA minimal 2 tahun.
- Terbiasa menjalin hubungan dan relasi dengan komunit sewage O or mitra bisnis Mandarin-speaking.
- Mampu berkomunikasi dalam Bahasa Mandarin atau Hokkien akan menjadi nilai tambah.
- Memiliki kendaraan pribadi dan SIM C aktif.
