• Report the Quality Control operation to the Factory Manager.
• Supervise and evaluate work procedures and standards related to operational activities.
• Control, implement, and supervise the examination of the process of implementing quality policies to support the achievement of predetermined quality standards.
• Control and supervise the raw materials and finished goods' quality to meet the standards set by the Company.
• Supervise and evaluate socialization programs related to work procedures, company policy standards, and food safety.
• Document control.
• Responsible for internal/external audits and inspections and assist in corrective actions when necessary.
• Analyze and evaluate the findings of the audit reports to the Top Management to ensure the operations activities run in accordance with the given standards.
• Ensure that the Quality Control department is properly organized, staffed, and trained to meet and achieve plant and departmental goals.
• Monitor industry and regulatory updates, trends, and news to keep the company informed and ahead of the curve.

• Minimum a Bachelor’s Degree majoring in Science-related major (Food Technology or Chemistry-related major preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the same work role (QC).
• Having knowledge and understanding of powdered products is preferred.
• Familiar with measurement tools and instruments.
• Having certifications/expertise in HACCP, ISO 22000, Food Safety, Hygiene & Sanitation, and Halal and Kosher Systems.
• Have good knowledge of QC systems, sampling methods, and implementation of quality control in the field (ISO 9001, TQM, Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, CAPA, GKM, 5S/5R, FSSC 22000, Halal, Kosher).
• The detail-oriented, proactive, critical, analytical, and logical approach to problem-solving.
• Highly motivated, strong team player, with a good ability to multi-task and re-prioritize as necessary.
• Have good communication skills in English both oral and written.
• Strong written & verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex findings in a structured and clear manner.
• Physically and mentally healthy.
• Willing to be placed in Surabaya.
