About the Role

We’re looking for a results-driven Facebook Ads Manager with intermediate-level experience to join our growing remote team. In this role, you’ll manage and optimize ad campaigns across Facebook and Instagram, ensuring they perform against KPIs while maintaining brand standards. You’ll work closely with creatives, copywriters, and strategists to bring campaigns to life, with the freedom to make optimization decisions while still being supported by senior team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, set up, and manage ad campaigns in Facebook Ads Manager—defining objectives, budgets, targeting, and schedules
  • Write and refine ad copy, and collaborate with designers to select visuals (images/videos) that align with campaign goals
  • Run A/B tests to optimize performance across creatives, audiences, and placements
  • Monitor campaign performance, prepare reports, and provide actionable insights
  • Suggest data-driven improvements to ad strategy while aligning with client or internal goals
  • Stay up to date with Facebook Ads best practices, policies, and emerging trends
  • Collaborate with team members across strategy, creative, and account management for cohesive execution
What We’re Looking For
  • 2–4 years of hands-on experience managing Facebook Ads campaigns (agency or in-house)
  • Familiarity with Facebook Ads Manager and an eagerness to learn about campaign structure, targeting, and optimization
  • Solid understanding of campaign structure, targeting, bidding strategies, and optimization
  • Strong analytical skills—comfortable reviewing data, identifying patterns, and making optimization decisions
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and budgets while meeting deadlines
  • A creative problem solver with a keen eye for visuals, messaging, and performance-driven storytelling
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills—able to explain performance metrics and strategies clearly
Nice to Have
  • Experience with other paid media platforms (Google Ads, Tik Tok Ads, etc.)
  • Familiarity with e-commerce, lead generation, or crowdfunding campaigns
  • Knowledge of tracking setups (Pixel, Events Manager, Google Tag Manager)
