CDL Agency is seeking a talented Digital Marketing Account Executive to join our growing team in Surabaya
. In this full‑time position
, you will be responsible for managing and executing digital marketing campaigns for our diverse client portfolio, ensuring their online presence and brand visibility are optimised for maximum impact.

• Passionate in Digital Marketing and Social Media Ads
• 2+ years experience as Account Executive in a Creative or Digital Agency
• Familiar with Social Media Tools and KPI Reporting
• Having knowledge of Market Research, Sales, and Negotiating principles
• Well organized & detail oriented
• Fluent in English will be a plus

• Meeting clients to discuss their digital marketing needs
• Working with teams to run a campaign that meets the client's brief and budget
• Present products, analytical reports, campaign ideas and costing to prospective clients
• Briefing the creative team who will produce the adverts
• Managing the timeline project, account’s budget and invoicing the client
• Building long‑lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with external contacts and internal departments to create a better customer experience
