Overview
- Campaign Strategy & Planning – Menyusun strategi campaign & event berdasarkan objective, target audience, dan KPI.
- Project Management & Coordination – Mengelola timeline, budget, vendor, serta koordinasi tim lintas fungsi.
- Execution & Problem Solving – Mengawal eksekusi campaign & event hingga hari H serta menyelesaikan kendala di lapangan.
- Performance & Reporting – Monitoring performa campaign & event dan menyusun laporan evaluasi.
- Leadership & Team Alignment – Memimpin tim agar seluruh deliverables berjalan selaras dengan target.
- Pengalaman minimal 1–3 tahun di bidang event campaign, brand activation, atau project management.
- Memahami end-to-end event & campaign management.
- Memiliki leadership skill yang kuat dan terbiasa memimpin tim lintas fungsi.
- Mampu berkomunikasi, berkoordinasi, dan bernegosiasi dengan baik.
- Berorientasi pada target dan terbiasa bekerja dengan KPI yang terukur.
- Memiliki kemampuan problem solving dan time management yang baik.
- Mampu bekerja di bawah tekanan, terutama menjelang H-1 hingga Hari H event.
- 90% campaign deliverables selesai tepat waktu.
- ≥80% registran hadir dalam event.
- Minimal 3 konten campaign mencapai viral / FYP dari konsep tim event.
- Tingkat kepuasan sponsor & community ≥80%.
- Laporan campaign lengkap diserahkan maksimal H+7 setelah event.
