Creative & Marketing Manager

As Creative & Marketing Manager, you will shape how customers see, feel, and remember ZUMA.

This is a key leadership role where creativity meets business — driving brand strength, store traffic, and sales growth across our retail network.

You will lead the CEMES team (Creative, Marketing & Store Experience) and report directly to the Creative & Product Director.

• Translate brand vision into marketing calendar & activation plans
• Lead and develop a team of 7 specialists (Content, Design, Social Media, Ads, KOL/Affiliate, VM)
• Plan and execute campaigns, product launches, and retail activations
• Oversee digital presence, content strategy, and influencer/affiliate programs
• Manage budget allocation & utilization across all marketing channels
• Analyze performance metrics and turn insights into action
• Coordinate cross-functionally with R&D, Operations, Branch, and Finance

• 5+ years experience in Marketing / Brand / Creative (retail, lifestyle, FMCG, fashion preferred)
• 2+ years leading a team of 5+ people
• Strong in branding, storytelling, and visual direction
• Hands‑on experience with Meta Ads, Tik Tok, and KOL/influencer management
• Data‑aware and commercially driven
• Comfortable managing budgets and performance metrics
• Based in Surabaya or willing to relocate
