E-Commerce Specialist

The role

We are seeking an experienced E-Commerce Specialist to join our dynamic team at CV Nom Nom Kitchen in Surabaya, East Java. In this full-time role, you will play a crucial part in driving the growth and success of our online business by implementing effective digital marketing strategies and optimising our e-commerce platform.

• Manage and optimise the company's e-commerce website and online sales channels to enhance user experience and drive conversions
• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns, including search engine optimisation (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), social media marketing, and email marketing
• Analyse Shopee, Tiktok, and other sales data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of e-commerce activities with the overall marketing and business strategy
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in e-commerce and digital marketing
• Continuously test and implement new strategies to improve the company's online presence and sales performance
• Develop strategy for our content marketing

• Minimum 3 years of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing roles, preferably within the food and beverage industry
• Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, online marketing channels, and digital analytics
• Proficiency in search engine optimisation (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), social media marketing, and email marketing
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions

• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross‑functional teams
