We are looking for a Manager Supply Planning who will be based in Surabaya
.

• Plan and execute enterprise resource planning for finished goods, semi finished goods, direct input materials, short- and long-term capacity, components replenishment and sub-assemblies.
• Undertake demand‑supply reconciliation through short term scheduling, mid- and long-term planning and resolve upstream and downstream risk from demand, production or material availability.
• Analyze current, historical and projected volumes to determine requirements and ensure timely availability of resources for seamless and efficient production process.
• Monitor and approve production plan, material requisition and purchase plan at external vendors, OEM or third‑party manufactures. Sourcing and footprint planning.
• Address capacity issues and production levelling.
• Forecast materials, builds/validates forecast models and manage Supplier Relationship Management.
• Manage finished goods and raw material inventory to ensure optimal cost and cash.

• Minimum bachelor’s degree (S1)
• Minimum of 5 years experience in supply planning
• Experience in people management, project management and cross‑functional team management & communication and project teams is a plus
• Good and effective written and verbal communication skills
