Job Description
- Mencari & menyeleksi supplier/subkon (material alam, besi, beton, alat berat) dengan harga dan kualitas terbaik
- Melakukan negosiasi harga, TOP & jadwal pengiriman sesuai cashflow proyek
- Membuat perbandingan harga
- Memonitor jadwal pengiriman barang tiba di lokasi proyek (JIT)
- D3/S1 Teknik Sipil/Manajemen
- Minimal 1 (satu) tahun diposisi sama di perusahaan kontraktor/bahan bangunan
- Integritas dan kemampuan negosiasi
- Faham spesifikasi material konstruksi dan harga pasar terkini
- Microsoft Excel
