About the role
MIMAI Digital Agency is a Bali-based digital marketing agency built on 25+ years of combined European expertise. We work with SMEs, corporates, and multinational companies that want measurable growth — not vanity metrics.
We're looking for a Full-Stack Digital Marketer who can own campaigns end-to-end: from strategy to execution, from data analysis to content. Someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment and isn't afraid to get their hands dirty across multiple channels simultaneously.
What you'll own- Plan and execute multi-channel paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, Tik Tok)
- Manage and optimise client websites (Word Press, Shopify, or similar CMS)
- Manage and use AI tools (Claude, Lovable, Perplexity, or similar)
- Run SEO audits and implement on-page/off-page strategies
- Set up and manage marketing automation flows and email marketing sequences
- Build performance reports and translate data into clear client-facing insights
- Collaborate with the Sales, Social Media and Creative teams to ensure channel consistency
- 3+ years of hands‑on digital marketing experience (agency background preferred)
- Proven track record managing Google Ads and Meta Ads with real budgets
- Solid understanding of SEO — technical, on-page, and content
- Comfortable with CMS platforms (Word Press essential, Shopify a plus)
- Experience with marketing automation tools (Mailchimp, Active Campaign, or similar)
- Analytical mindset: you read data before forming opinions
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Based in Bali or willing to relocate
- Work directly with European founders with 25+ years of growth marketing experience
- Real accountability: you'll own results, not just tasks
- A small, high‑performance team — no bureaucracy, no politics
- Exposure to both the local Indonesian market and international/EU institutional clients
- Compensation: IDR 6–10 million/month based on experience and proven results
- Part-time contract (20h/week) with the opportunity to transition to full-time as the team and client portfolio grow
