Business System Analyst

We are looking for a Business Analyst/Product Designer who can take ownership of both product experience and UX direction. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a lean team, building products end-to-end, and shaping not only how a product works - but also how it looks and feels.

• Translate business and user needs into clear product and design solutions
• Create user flows, wireframes (low to mid fidelity), and high-fidelity UI using Figma / Fig Jam
• Contribute to and maintain a scalable design system and reusable components
• Ensure usability, clarity, and UX consistency across products and features
• Support product documentation such as BRD, PRD and FSD from a design and product perspective
• Handle multiple products or complex workflows
• Collaborate closely with the Product Owner, Business Analysts, and engineering team

• Minimum 3 years experience as a Product Designer, Product Owner, Product Manager , Product Analyst, or similar role
• Strong product and UX thinking, not just visual design
• Proficient in Figma / Fig Jam
• Comfortable designing complex or data-heavy products (SaaS platform experience is a plus)
• Able to balance business goals, user needs, and technical constraints
• Clear communicator and collaborative team player
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving, resource-lean environment
