The Role
We're seeking a part-time Digital Project Manager to be the operational backbone of high-stakes, high-craft marketing work. You'll help maintain operational excellence across our client portfolio, ensuring priority work flows smoothly, deadlines are met, and communication stays clear while our creative and media teams focus on exceptional output.
In this role, you won't just track tasks. You'll actively anticipate bottlenecks, facilitate clear communication across teams, and strengthen systems that help us deliver flawless work consistently.
Key Responsibilities- Manage project delivery for 2-3 key client accounts, including creative campaigns, media launches, and ongoing optimization work
- Own project timelines and accountability, ensuring deliverables are on track, dependencies are managed, and stakeholders are aligned
- Facilitate communication between clients, creative team, media buyers, and external partners during core working hours
- Anticipate and resolve bottlenecks before they become problems
- Maintain project documentation, including briefs, timelines, meeting notes, and status reports
- Build and refine operational systems for intake, workflow management, and file organization
- Conduct regular check-ins with account teams to ensure alignment and surface blockers early
- 3+ years in agency work OR beauty/lifestyle/luxury brand experience
- Proven experience with project management tools (Asana, Click Up, Monday, or similar) OR recently completed PM training with relevant industry background
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in remote, async environment
- Experience working with creative teams, media buyers, and external vendors
- Ability to work independently during flexible hours while maintaining clear availability windows
- Have exceptional organizational skills and genuinely enjoy creating systems
- Are naturally proactive and spot potential issues before they surface
- Can balance being detail-oriented with understanding the bigger picture
- Communicate clearly and concisely, especially when flagging risks
- Stay calm under pressure and can re-prioritize quickly
- Are comfortable working autonomously but know when to loop in leadership
