As a Project Manager, you will play a strategic role in leading data-driven projects by bridging the gap between the sales team and the technical delivery team. You will be responsible for managing project roadmaps, ensuring clear communication with clients and internal stakeholders, and delivering data solutions that align with business objectives while maintaining strong data governance and security standards.
Key Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end project execution from planning, roadmap development, to delivery
- Translate business requirements from the sales team into technical project scopes
- Act as the main liaison between clients, sales, and internal IT/data teams
- Manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure on-time completion
- Oversee data analytics and business intelligence initiatives to support client needs
- Ensure data security, governance, and compliance are applied in all project implementations
- Develop structured approaches or frameworks to differentiate project delivery quality
- Communicate project progress, risks, and solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field
- Proven experience as a Project Manager with a background in Data Analyst, Business Intelligence, or Business Analyst roles
- Strong understanding of data analytics, BI tools, and data security concepts
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business language
- Experience working closely with sales teams and client-facing projects
- Strong organizational, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment
