This is a full-time, on-site role for a Prompt Engineer located in Surabaya. The Prompt Engineer will design, develop, and optimize prompts to enhance the performance and relevance of AI-driven models. Responsibilities include working with cross-functional teams to understand user needs, conducting testing and refinement of prompts, documenting configurations, and implementing solutions to improve user experience. Additionally, the role involves continuous learning and adaptation to evolving AI technologies and tools.
Qualifications- Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and prompt engineering techniques
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, and familiarity with AI frameworks (e.g., Tensor Flow, PyTorch)
- Experience with natural language processing (NLP) and crafting effective queries or language prompts
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to conduct testing, debugging, and optimization
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Adaptability to keep up with AI trends and emerging technologies
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Relevant work experience in AI-driven system development is preferred
