Junior Marketing Technology Specialist

Your Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To:

• Hub Spot execution:
  Build and maintain emails, landing pages, forms, and lists within Hub Spot CRM, Marketing Hub, and Sales Hub.
• Respond to incoming Hub Spot admin requests and resolve them within a defined period.
• CMS updates:
  Manage and update content in Hub Spot Content Hub, including page edits, redirects, and basic on-page SEO tasks.
• Campaign support:
  Set up workflows, automate campaigns, QA assets, and ensure proper folder structures and naming conventions.
• Data management:
  Import and export CSVs, clean and deduplicate contact data, and maintain CRM data quality.
• Analytics reporting:
  Use GA4 and Looker Studio to update dashboards, pull recurring reports, and share campaign performance data.
• SEO & paid ads support:
  Track keywords, monitor ad performance, upload creatives, and perform on-page optimization checks.
• Tracking & tagging:
  Apply UTMs, verify analytics pixels, and help ensure consistent tracking across all channels.
• Integration monitoring:
  Support simple integrations and escalate issues when necessary.
• Documentation:
  Keep campaign and process documentation up to date for consistency and training purposes.

What Skills & Experience You Will Bring To Us

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in related fields
• At least 1-2 years of experience in Marketing Operations, CRM support, or similar roles (internships count).
• Fluent in English communication skills, both written and spoken
• Familiar with Hub Spot CRM, Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and Content Hub
• Familiar with campaign tagging, UTMs, and analytics governance
• Independent and self-discipline
• Basic working knowledge of GA4 (Google Analytics
  4) and Looker Studio for reporting.
• Interest or experience in SEO and paid advertising (Google Ads, Linked In Ads, etc.).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured workflows.
• Proficiency in Excel for data management tasks.
• Basic HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus.
