IT Software Engineer is responsible for writing, testing, and maintaining code for software applications. This role involves collaborating with cross‑functional teams to develop high‑quality software solutions that meet business requirements and user needs as well as maintaining, improving and providing technical support, and ensuring the smooth operation of all IT systems.

• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code for software applications
• Provide technical and troubleshooting support to stakeholders
• Test and debug code to ensure it meets quality standards and is free of defects together with IT QA engineer team
• Work with other developers, designers, and product managers to understand project requirements and deliver effective solutions
• Participate and involve in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices
• Create and maintain technical documentation for code, APIs, and software processes
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve coding skills and software quality
• Contribute to project / sprint planning, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring timely completion of development tasks
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for software issues as needed
• Identify opportunities for process and technology improvements and propose innovative solutions

• Min. bachelor’s degree (S1) in Information System/Technology, Computer Science, Business Analytics or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) or coding
• Familiar with programming languages and frameworks (e.g., Python, JavaScript, React, React Native, Angular, PHP Laravel Lumen, Node JS, Xcode and etc.).
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
• Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast‑paced environment
• Ability to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment
• Flexibility to work outside regular business hours as needed
