Housekeeping Supervisor

• Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping team activities
• Conduct routine inspections of villa units to ensure cleanliness and tidiness standards are met
• Prepare work schedules and assign tasks to housekeeping staff
• Lead daily briefings to provide direction, updates, and motivation to the team
• Ensure the availability and efficient use of cleaning equipment and supplies
• Provide training and conduct performance evaluations for housekeeping staff
• Handle guest complaints related to cleanliness in a prompt and professional manner
• Prepare daily and weekly reports related to villa conditions and operational needs
• Collaborate closely with the Operations team to ensure smooth property operations

• Minimum 3 years of experience in housekeeping, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or equivalent role
• Own a personal vehicle and willing to work in a mobile setting (moving between properties)
• Good understanding of cleanliness standards and proper cleaning procedures
• Knowledge of cleaning equipment and the correct use of cleaning materials
• Strong time management and prioritisation skills
• Able to work efficiently without compromising quality
• Demonstrates leadership qualities
