Responsible for maximizing hotel revenue by developing programs to increase occupancy and optimize the profitable use of accommodation, meeting spaces, and recreational facilities. Remains alert to factors affecting the hospitality industry and possesses a deep understanding of hotel guests’ needs and preferences. Coordinates and collaborates with other hotel staff to ensure customer satisfaction with the facilities and their overall experience.
Requirements- At least 2 (two) year experience in the same position
- Strong knowledge in each position
- Able to work individual & team, Hospitality attitude
- Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English
- Result-oriented, proactive and energetic
- Familiar with Power Pro System is an advantage
