Our Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) Integrated Operating Unit offers devices and therapies that treat patients with abnormal heart rhythms and heart failure. It is comprised of four key businesses:
Cardiac Pacing Therapies, Defibrillation Solutions, Patient Management, and Procedure Innovations. Together, we will transform the lives of people with cardiac arrhythmias and heart failure. Our Cardiac Ablation Solutions (CAS) offers a minimally invasive procedure for treating atrial fibrillation (AF).
** Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
*** Promotes and sells Medtronic's Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) & Cardiac Ablation Solutions (CAS) products and services within an assigned geographic area and/or specific customer accounts to meet or exceed sales targets
* Responsible for developing, building, and strengthening long-term relationships with stakeholders including distributors and healthcare professionals
* Responsible for pursuing leads, assessing needs and providing product services to maximize the benefits derived from Medtronic's products and/or services
* Promotes and establishes education of the company's products and/or services
* Conducts market research including customers and competitors’ activities
* Implements market development plans/strategies and changes as needed
** Required Knowledge and

Experience:

*** University‘s degree required in any discipline (preferably in Engineering, Nursing, Cardiovascular Technology, Life-Science, or another relevant)
* Experience working in medical devices industry will be added advantage. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Have a willingness to travel
* Having an interest and understanding in cardiac anatomy & physiology
* Having good verbal and written communication skills in local language as well as good command of English
* Willing to consider Diploma Degree holder with Minimum 2 years experience of relevant experience
* Open for Fresh graduate coming from Medical related course.
