Blubridge Center is dedicated to creating a nurturing and empowering environment for children with developmental disabilities. We provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) / Verbal Behavior Therapy; which have been widely researched and proven scientifically to be effective in helping children reach their full potential. Our mission is to help these children thrive and effectively participate in the community. With the upcoming launch of our third center in Surabaya, we are also excited to expand our services across Indonesia.

  We offer paid intensive training for all new hires to ensure you have the tools and knowledge to succeed.

• Maintain a caseload of 25–30 client hours per week.
• Collect, organize, and update client data to ensure accurate and reliable records.
• Collaborate with fellow therapists to provide cohesive and high-quality therapy services.
• Build and maintain effective communication with supervisors and parents.
• Prepare progress reports and communicate children’s development to parents.
• Participate actively in center-based activities, initiatives, and projects.

• Bachelor’s degree (S1) in psychology, education, or a related field.
• Preferably, 6 months of experience working with children, especially those with special needs.
• Energetic, compassionate, and dedicated to making a difference in the lives of children and families.
• Proficient in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
