Senior Accounting

1.Major in Accounting or related field, university degree, fluent in English;
Mandarin speaking preferred.

2.Minimum 3 years of financial work experience (including 2 years of general ledger experience); proficient in SAP or Kingdee financial software.

3.Candidates holding a CA Indonesia certificate will be prioritized; experience in trading or e-commerce companies is preferred.

Job Responsibilities:

1.Fund Management:
Review payment processes and documents; monitor daily fund receipts/disbursements; complete fund reconciliations.

2.Accounting Operations:
Prepare accounting vouchers; conduct account reconciliations; maintain journals; handle bookkeeping for after-sales and e-commerce operations; perform month-end closing and reconciliation tasks.

3.E-commerce:
Manage backend financial data processing for e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopee, Tik Tok), including reviewing platform orders, tracking platform fees, monitoring outbound/inventory levels, conducting monthly stocktakes, identifying tax risks, performing profit-cost analysis, and generating reports.

4.Taxation:
Calculate monthly taxes; prepare tax summaries; ensure accurate and timely tax filing; identify tax risks; maintain communication with external partners; issue invoices/tax documents promptly.

5.Reporting:
Prepare monthly financial reports with accuracy and reliability.

6.Audit:
Coordinate with auditors to complete annual audits.

7.Miscellaneous:
Perform other duties assigned by management.
