Your Impact- Strengthen regional accounting performance across markets.
- Ensure consistent, timely, and compliant PMI reporting.
- Drive process harmonization and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Support automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with PMI finance teams to deliver results.
- Resolve audit and management reporting issues.
- 5+ years of accounting or financial governance experience.
- Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
- Ability to work across multicultural teams.
- Experience in transformation or process improvement is a plus.
