• Proven experience as an Investment Analyst or in a similar role within finance or consulting.
• Excellent analytical, quantitative, and critical thinking abilities.
• Strong expertise in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and investment research.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to interpret complex data and convey findings to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Excel, financial databases, and industry research tools.
• Self-motivated, resourceful, and comfortable working independently in a remote setting.

• Advanced degree in finance, economics, or a related discipline.
• CFA or similar professional certification.
