• Develop and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients, understanding their financial goals and providing tailored solutions
• Proactively identify and capitalize on cross-selling opportunities to expand the client's portfolio of products and services
• Collaborate with internal teams, such as investment and wealth management specialists, to deliver comprehensive financial advice and support
• Actively monitor client accounts, portfolios, and transactions, ensuring compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements
• Contribute to the growth and development of the Treasures client segment by implementing effective client acquisition and retention strategies

• Have experience in a client-facing role within the banking or financial services industry
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with high-net-worth clients
• Proficient in financial analysis, investment planning, and wealth management concepts
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to provide customized solutions to client needs
• Demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding sales and client satisfaction targets
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
