* A. Manage, Develop and Coordinate Reporting Costing function
***** Manage, coordinate and review monthly costing activities performed by Rep Costing team, which includes review updated BOM structure and routing, review moving average price, material price calculation, equivalent number for splitting cost, standard cost per material code, and released standard cost.
* Manage, coordinate and review monthly CO Costing performed by Rep Costing team, which includes gathering data from operation functions, working paper of SKF, cost allocation result, charging expenses to Business Unit, CO Closing result, and analytical review on processing cost and utility cost.
* Manage, review and present refinery financial performance analysis (production variance, actual plant costing, energy cost, warehouse cost, bulk storage & handling cost, downgrade, remelt, etc) and financial statements ( PnL, Balance Sheet, GA Cost Refinery per cost center, Factory Cost, etc.) to management, which includes provide advise to management in controlling refinery cost.
* Manage, coordinate and review refinery annual budget process, which include data gathering working paper preparation, report compilation, consolidation and presentation to management.

* B. Manage, Develop and Coordinate Operation Controller function
***** Manage, coordinate and review Inventory control monitoring activities performed by Ops Controller team, which includes stock opname, gain loss analysis, WB analysis, TempSLOC analysis, inventory turn over, etc.
* Manage, coordinate and review Asset control monitoring activities performed by Ops Controller team, which includes asset opname, asset tagging, AuC monitoring, AuC settlement, asset transfer, asset disposal process, etc.
* Manage, coordinate and review Procurement and Capex Monitoring activities performed by Ops Controller team, which includes Capex Budget monitoring, PTA/PRA review, SC/QCF/tender process, RAB/VO, Capex Project Acceptance process
* Manage, facilitate and review annual stock opname and annual asset opname

* C. Manage, Develop and Coordinate Retained Finance function
*** Review and authorize refinery fund request (PCF) and review the realization (ACF).
* Review and authorize payment (Petty Cash, PV, PAM and token) transactions
* Manage and review Cash/Bank Unit, Advance, AR/AP account balances
* Review and authorize billing for other income, such as jetty services, pump rental, etc.

* Job Requirements:

***** Min level assistant manager with min 7 years' experience and Accounting educational background
* Willing to be stationed in unit refinery for min. 5 years (e.g. Lb. Gaung, Belawan, Marunda, Surabaya, other location in East Java, etc.)
* Solid  business and financial acumen
* Understanding data analysis and performance metrics
* Ability to diagnose problems quickly, foresee potential issue, and make sound decision to address problem/potential issue
* Show excellent leadership and interpersonal savvy
* Capable in organization development and people development
