We are looking for a forward-thinking R&D Specialist to join the Utomo Solaruv team. You will be responsible for spearheading technical innovations, optimizing solar energy systems, and ensuring our product offerings remain at the forefront of the renewable energy market.
Key Responsibilities- Product Innovation: Lead the design and development of new solar solutions, including PV mounting systems, storage integration, and energy management tools.
- Technical Research: Conduct in-depth analysis of global solar trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for local implementation.
- Feasibility & Testing: Execute rigorous pilot testing, prototyping, and performance analysis of solar components to ensure high efficiency and durability.
- Process Optimization: Collaborate with the engineering and production teams to refine existing products for better cost-efficiency and easier installation.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all new developments comply with Indonesian national standards (SNI) and international solar safety regulations.
