Responsibilities
- Problem solving or troubleshooting Mail Server and Linux server
- Monitoring server and make sure all server are in good condition.
- Create a report / Article / Tutorial knowledgebase
- Troubleshoot Managed cPanel/WHM, Direct Admin Server.
- Experience with web script PHP, MySQL Database, bash script and more
- Troubleshoot and investigate network issue
- Work with VLAN, OSPF, BGP to manipulate the traffic incoming and outgoing
- Having Linux OS Skill
- Familiar with CLI Linux command
- Experience handle many servers in the Datacenter.
- Knowledge cloud server, virtual machine, hosting, raid technology and more.
- Having knowledge in TCP/IP, DNS, Routing, firewall, OSPF, VPN, QoS, BGP and etc.
- Strong knowledge of Network Technology (VLAN, Aggregation, High Availability Network, Dynamic Routing)
- Experience min 1 year - Minimum D3 IT/computer/ telecommunication
- Have a good passive English skill - Full-time working hours - Surabaya
