- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or Industrial) from a reputable university with a minimum GPA of 3.00 (on a 4.00 scale).
- Fresh graduate (experience or internship in manufacturing-related departments is an advantage).
- Strong conceptual and analytical thinking skills.
- Good communication skills, target-oriented, high energy, and eager to learn.
- Must have a personal vehicle and be able to ride a motorbike (car driving capability is optional).
- Must possess an active Indonesian driving license (SIM C required; SIM A is a plus).
- Willing to be placed in Platinum Group manufacturing plants.
