• Manage, coach and supervise the engineering technicians
• Ensure all equipment runs smoothly at all times
• Carry out and prioritise emergency work requests
• Support engineering projects through planning, supervision and execution
• Support the audit and training programmes

• Has a passion for Engineering
• Preferably has experience in civil, mechanical and plumbing
• Enjoys taking on a new challenge
• Not afraid to take up new challenges
• Willing to work shifts
• Has experience as a Duty Engineer or equivalent in a hotel
• Has a Diploma or Certificate in Building Services, Mechanical, Electrical
• Has relevant experience with an International 5

• Communicates with fluency in English (and the local language)
• A motivator and a self‑starter
