Senior Counselor

Are you passionate about guiding students toward their academic and career success? We are looking for an experienced and driven Senior Education Counsellor to join our team in Surabaya.

• Provide professional academic and career counselling to students and parents
• Advise on local and international education pathways (universities, majors, scholarships, visa process)
• Develop customized study plans based on students’ academic background and career goals
• Assist with university applications, documentation, and admission processes
• Build and maintain relationships with partner institutions
• Achieve enrollment and conversion targets
• Lead and mentor junior counsellors (if applicable)
• Conduct seminars, school visits, and education exhibitions
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Psychology, Communication, or related field
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in education consulting or student recruitment
• Strong knowledge of domestic and international university systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Target-oriented with strong closing skills
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Willing to work on-site in Surabaya, East Java

• Experience handling international university placements (Australia, UK, US, Canada, NZ, etc.)
• Existing network with schools or education institutions
• Leadership experience is a plus
