We’re looking for a goal-driven Executive Assistant who works with a strong sense of ownership and belonging. You’ll be the extension of the C-Level — making sure operations, communication, and priorities are always on track. This isn’t a typical 9-to-5 role. It’s about achieving results, staying proactive, and ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.

Minimum 1 year experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Secretary.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Autonomous and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership — not waiting for instructions.

Excellent communicator (English & Bahasa), fast learner with strong research and problem-solving ability.

Goal-oriented and adaptable, comfortable working by outcomes (not fixed hours), and ready to travel when required.

Support C-Level in managing operations, communications, and daily priorities.

Prepare meeting materials, track follow-ups, and ensure timely execution.

Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to align on business goals.

Maintain documentation, reports, and project tracking systems.

Ensure the executive is always one step ahead — well-prepared, informed, and focused.
