- Responsible to support sales needs in administration.
- Assist Branch Manager with data preparation (T 13 Forecast, Rolling Forecast, Key Project EMC Report Daily Visit, Inventory Stock, etc.)
- Assist Branch Manager with rebate report (Sales Contract Evidence, Sell Through Receipt, Discount Display, etc.)
- Assist Branch Manager with daily sales tracking report
- Support registration of new dealer and changes of channel
- Support registration of new store
- Support and remind AR Dealer Confirmation
- Support other documentation and administration tasks
- Diploma / Bachelor Degree in Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Thriving in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- 2 years of experience
- Fluent in English would be an advantage
- Mature, hard worker, smart and fast learner
- Good communication skills, interpersonal skills, and ability to adapt to any requirements quickly
- Well organized, persistent, and able to work under tight deadlines
- Self-driven, detail-oriented, and numbers-friendly
- Sociable, humble, with good interpersonal skills
- Professional and serious about work, but easy to work with and able to have fun
- Diligent in work; immediately responsive on all matters
