Accounting - Japanese WFO

PERSOL Indonesia is currently assisting one of our clients in Trading industry in finding great talent as an Accounting Staff (English Speaker) with the requirement as follows:

Willing to be placed in Surabaya

Must have business-level English communication skills

Experience in an audit firm would be advantage.

Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and budgeting processes
.

High attention to detail
, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Proactive, reliable, and able to work both independently and in a team environment.

Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, etc.).

Prepare Profit & Loss (PL) statements,
Balance Sheets (BS), and other financial reports on a timely basis.

Handle invoices, payment vouchers, receipts, and other related administrative documents
.

Support budgeting and forecasting for production operations, including tracking expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunities.

Support internal and external audits
, providing necessary documentation and explanations.

Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes
.

Support internal and external audits
, providing necessary documentation and explanations.

Monitor and report cash flow, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
.

Ensure compliance with company policies, financial regulations, and accounting standards
.

Collaborate with production and operations teams to provide financial insights and decision support
.

Continuously improve financial processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
