Window Installer - Lake Superior Region

Base Pay: $24+/hour (based on experience, education, certifications, etc.)

An Installer sets the tone for our Signature Service experience. You will:

• Perform basic to routine window and door removals and installations
• Ensure proper job site setup and protection
• Complete tear-down and full site clean-up
• Deliver installations in accordance with Renewal by Andersen standards

You must confidently navigate:

• Variations in wall materials and thickness
• Different casing and sill constructions

• Unforeseen structural issues

• Explaining what to expect throughout the day
• Answering questions with professionalism
• Asking satisfied homeowners for an online review at project completion

Do you have:

• 2+ years of window installation or remodeling experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• A proven track record of superior workmanship
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
• Scheduled availability when homeowners are present

• Strong in assessment, problem solving, and decision making
• Self-motivated with excellent time management

• Empathetic with strong customer service skills
• Able to communicate clearly with peers and homeowners
