Base Pay: $24+/hr (based on experience, education, certifications, etc.)

• Perform basic to routine window and door removals and installations
• Ensure proper job site setup and protection
• Complete tear-down and full site clean‑up
• Deliver installations in accordance with Renewal by Andersen standards

You must confidently navigate:

• Variations in wall materials and thickness
• Different casing and sill constructions
• Home settling adjustments
• Unforeseen structural issues
• Safe and proper use of hand and power tools

You will serve as the face of our brand by:

• Taking time to connect with homeowners
• Explaining what to expect throughout the day
• Answering questions with professionalism
• Asking satisfied homeowners for an online review at project completion

Do you have:

• 2+ years of window installation or remodeling experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• A proven track record of superior workmanship
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
• Scheduled availability when homeowners are present
