Security Officer — Securitas Security Services USA, Inc.

We are looking for Security Officers for locations in Superior, WI. Former military or law enforcement applicants are strongly encouraged to apply.

This position offers hourly pay of $17.00 per hour. Schedule 1:
Monday – Friday, 12 AM – 8 AM
Schedule 2:
Saturday – Sunday, 12 AM – 8 AM;
Monday – Tuesday, 4 PM – 12 AM

• Conflict resolution and de‑escalation.
• Secure entrances and exits.
• Conduct patrols inside and outside the client’s premises under various weather conditions.
• Frequent interactions with client employees and guests.
• Identify and report safety issues, hazardous conditions, or suspicious activity.
• Protect evidence or scene of incident during accidents, emergencies, or security investigations.
• Set up barriers, signage, and provide direction or information to others.
• Carry out other tasks and duties as required for assigned site.

• 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma, GED, or ability to complete GED within 6 months.
• Basic computer / technology skills.
• Conflict resolution and de‑escalation skills a plus.
• Professional interaction with a wide range of individuals.
• Strong attention to detail and continuous vigilance.
• Ability to respond to emergencies with rapid, effective judgment and appropriate escalation.
• Willingness to participate in pre‑employment screening, including drug screen and background investigation.
• WI Guard Card process required.
