Security Shift Supervisor

Position: Professional Security Shift Supervisor

Starting Pay: $21.52 per hour, paid weekly with Daily Pay options & benefits.

Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate delivery of quality services during a specific shift at an assigned customer. Act as liaison between site supervisor, account manager/field operations manager, and professional security officers. Supervise staff on the assigned shift, providing coaching, recognition, and discipline within approved empowerment range.

• Minimum 1 year of security experience or prior law enforcement or military experience.
• Valid driver’s license with at least one year of driving experience and a clean driving record (no major violations within last 36 months, no more than one accident in last 24 months, no more than one minor moving violation in last 24 months).
• Hair follicle drug test required.
• High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prepare written reports and logs in neat, legible handwriting.
• Ability to read and understand all operating procedures and instructions.
• Subject to state and local licensing requirements.
• Background investigation and post‑offer/pre‑employment drug/alcohol test required; may be required to pass a driver’s record check.
• Intermediate computer skills to utilize innovative wireless technology at client‑specific sites.
• Ability to handle common and crisis situations calmly and efficiently.
• Physical: Work in various environments (cold weather, rain/snow, heat); occasionally lift or carry up to 40 lbs; climb stairs, ramps, or ladders occasionally during shift; stand or walk on various surfaces for long periods of time.
