This role is a professional practicing in a multi-faceted domain of specialty nursing that focuses on health care of individuals, families, groups, communities and entire populations. You will provide care that occurs in primary and specialty care outpatient facilities, non-acute community outpatient settings, and during telehealth nursing encounters that occur in medical offices or by individual nurses in the home or business.

Have authority, accountability and responsibility for nursing practice; make decisions; and take action consistent with the obligation to promote health and to provide optimal care recognizing that health is a universal right. You will interact with patients in concert with other health professionals, skillfully use the nursing process to assess primary concerns, identify problems, analyze and integrate subjective and objective data, decide on a plan of action, apply the appropriate intervention and evaluate the outcome.

• Triaging, assessments, patient education, managing in-basket, assisting as needed with rooming patients, and administering medications.
• Work across multiple locations as needed, floating to different sites and supporting telehealth encounters.
• Provide care during day-to-day outpatient operations within primary and specialty care settings.

In this position your job duties would include but not limited to: triage, assessments, patient educations, manage in-basket, assist as needed with rooming patients, giving medications etc.

9a-7p weekday hours

8a-5p weekend hours

Holiday required

You will be trained at multiple locations (sites) as you will float to as each as needed.

• Current license with the appropriate State Board of Nursing (MN and WI). Can obtain WI license within 3 months of hire.
• Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification or ability to become certified within 3 months from date of hire.
