Work only 15 days per month with our unique 2‑2‑3 schedule.

• 12‑hour static shifts (Nights - 7:00pm – 7:00am)

• Dedication to safety in the workplace
• Ensuring the highest‑level quality product possible with our 100% quality policy
• Effectively learning the basic operations of an Erema recycling plant (1108T or 1109T)
• Taking pride in holding the housekeeping of our reprocessing center to the highest standards
• Scrap labeling and safe, efficient segregation of the scrap / repro inventory
• Venture Recycling scrap / repro inventory management
• Basic interacting with DTR for resin moves and inventory assistance
• Operation of Roll Handling Equipment
• Packaging / Labeling Reprocessed Materials
• Operation of Powered Tools
• Operation of Powered Industrial Vehicles
• Transportation of Materials
• Cross training with other departments
• Other Duties as assigned, including helping other departments as required

• Ability to work 12‑hour shifts and lift up to 65 pounds
• Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort with measuring tools
• Strong communication skills and positive attitude
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a technical environment
• Ability to pass pre‑employment drug screening
• Improvement mindset and problem solving/critical thinking abilities
• Ability to perform simple math

• 2‑5 years of plastic extrusion experience
• Basic computer knowledge
• Previous manufacturing experience

• Wages ranging from $19.00 per hour, dependent on experience.
• Additional $2.50 per hour night shift differential.
