Compressor Assembly Technician Lv. 1

Arctic Compressor is seeking an enthusiastic and driven full-time Compressor Assembly Technician
1. Applicants must possess a strong mechanical aptitude and complete tasks with urgency when applicable. Applicants must be capable of working independently with minimal direction and attempt to solve problems as they arise. Optimism and resourcefulness is highly valued.

Employee will be responsible for assembly and testing of high pressure air compressors and related sub-assemblies as well as maintaining and safe and clean work space

• Work together with other production staff to efficiently and accurately assemble components
• Testing and troubleshooting of final assemblies to assure proper operation for customers
• Resolve assembly problems by working with Area Lead technician to change part specifications or assembly procedures
• Take pride in your working environment by maintaining a safe and clean work space while
  complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Documents actions by completing production and quality forms.
• Manage time effectively, achieve personal goals
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Ability to quickly learn industry / company specific terminology
• Mechanical aptitude
• People skills
• No experience required, however, machine assembly and repair experience is preferred

This position’s benefits and hourly compensation range ($15.00 - $19.00) is based on experience and is also eligible for profit sharing. Other benefits include:
